By renting car with HAI Berkat Car Rental, you agree to the following terms:

1. The renter shall be responsible for any accidents that occur during the car rental, including compensation for damages to the rented car and any third-party vehicles involved, if any.
2. The renter is also responsible for any personal injury payments and third-party injury payments resulting from accidents.
3. The renter is responsible for and shall bear the cost of all violations, including fines, compound fines, penalties, and court cases caused by the renter. An additional RM50 will be charged to the renter for each fine paid by HAI Berkat Car Rental.
4. HAI Berkat Car Rental reserves the right to claim all costs involved, including fines, compound fines, penalties, and other reasonable charges due to the renter’s mistakes and losses.
5. HAI Berkat Car Rental reserves the right to register the renter’s information with any association, company, or organization if the renter fails to make full payment for all claims by HAI Berkat Car Rental.
6. The renter shall bear all costs of repairing vehicles damaged during the rental period. If the vehicle is damaged due to a natural disaster, the renter shall bear all repair costs.
7. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle for servicing and maintenance every 5000 km. Any damage to the vehicle due to late maintenance will be the responsibility of the renter.
8. The renter is prohibited from using the rental car for criminal purposes and any acts that violate the laws enforced in Malaysia.
9. HAI Berkat Car Rental reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice if the renter is found using the vehicle for criminal purposes, immoral activities, and fails to pay the rental continuation fee within 24 hours.
   In the event of an accident resulting in the total loss of the rental vehicle, the renter must pay a penalty ranging from RM5000 to RM10000 depending on the type of vehicle rented. If the accident involves insurance claims, the renter must pay compensation for the car in the repair process. For minor accidents not involving insurance claims, the renter must pay cash based on the damage.
10. The maximum mileage limit for a one-day rental is 350 km. HAI Berkat Car Rental will not refund the rental deposit if the mileage exceeds the set limit.
11. HAI Berkat Car Rental will not refund the rental payment if the renter returns the vehicle earlier than the paid rental period.
12. For additional hours or days of rental, the payment rate is according to the amount set by HAI Berkat Car Rental.
13. The renter is not allowed to smoke or bring substances that may cause the returned vehicle to smell bad or dirty or any condition deemed unreasonable. HAI Berkat Car Rental will not refund the rental deposit if such occurrences are found in the rented vehicle.
14. Penalty fees will be imposed if the renter is found to have modified, changed, or taken any part of the rented vehicle without the knowledge of HAI Berkat Car Rental.
